Q: Are the drawers water proof / weather proof?
A: When you push them closed then go in beyond the lip so it's pretty water tight. not saying if there are driving winds you won't get water but we have only had ours a few weeks and there are no issues.
Q: What is the dimensions for the cutout the description and the size don't add up or make sense the cut is significantly smaller then the dimensions?
A: This cutout dimension is around 16x21x23 inch.
